Shipping policy

Free Shipping (Continental US / Lower 48 States)

  • Orders $35.00 and up: free standard shipping with tracking
  • Orders $10.00–$34.99: free standard shipping without tracking
  • Orders under $10.00: $1.99 standard shipping without tracking

Order totals are calculated before tax and shipping charges. Tracked UPS and USPS shipping options are also available at checkout at calculated rates. Free shipping offers do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or US territories. International shipping costs vary depending on total weight, destination country and delivery service.

Processing Time
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm Pacific Time, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped. Orders placed after 11:00am Pacific Time, or on weekends or holidays, begin processing the next business day. During major sales events, processing may take a little longer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping, with or without tracking: 4–7 business days
  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
  • UPS Ground: 3–7 business days

Transit times are in addition to processing time and can vary due to postal delays or the time of year.

International Shipping
Standard International shipping is fully tracked until final delivery and typically takes 1 to 4 weeks. Economy International is our least expensive option, with tracking only until international departure. It typically takes an additional 1 to 2 weeks, and orders shipped this way cannot be refunded if they fail to arrive.

We are unable to ship to some international countries and are not responsible for customs fees and duties. If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or fees were unpaid, we will credit or refund the cost of resalable merchandise only, less a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are never refunded.
