Delivery/Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping (within the continental US) on orders over $35.00, before tax and shipping charges. International shipping cost will vary depending on total weight, shipping country and delivery service.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm Pacific Standard Time, excluding holidays. Any orders submitted on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please allow 5-7 business days for standard ground shipping delivery.

SHIPPING ESTIMATES Shipping estimates depend on the country ship to, which shipping option you choose during checkout, and can always vary due to customs, postal service, or time of the year. See below for our domestic and international shipping estimates.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (United States): - USPS Standard Mail: 4-7 business days - USPS First Class/Priority Mail: 1-3 business days - UPS Ground: 3-7 business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Standard International shipping offer fully scanned and tracked shipping until final delivery.  Depending on the destination country, delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 4 weeks.

 

Economy International is the least expensive shipping option that has limited package tracking.  Packages are scanned and tracked up to the point of international departure. The final delivery is make by the receiving country's national postal service and packages are not scanned.  Delivery times are additional 1 or 2 weeks from the Standard method.  

*Please note that any orders with Economy shipping, where tracking is unavailable, cannot be refunded should the order fail to arrive.

 

USPS Priority and UPS estimated delivery time is provided by the courtiers depending on the service selected and destination country.

 

We are unable to ship to some International countries. Please note we are not responsible for custom fees and duties.  If any packages are returned back to us because it was unclaimed or fees were unpaid, we will either credit or refund the cost of only the resalable merchandise less 25% restocking fee.  Shipping costs are never refunded.  If there are any concerns regarding any shipping matters, please email us at info@rudecosmetics.com.

 

Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy

Regularly priced orders can be returned within 30 days of receipt so long as the products are returned back in the same condition it was received, unopened and sealed in its original packaging. We provide store credits only.
Due to hygienic reasons, the following items may NOT be returned regardless of the condition:
- False Lashes
- Makeup Brushes & Tools
***All wholesale purchases are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.
